CST Techniques, Craniofascial Therapy, LMT, IAYT, RYT-800 hours
My life’s passion is to partner with you, in your own journey of well-being and health. With over 21 years of holistic healing experience, I serve clients of all ages and needs.
Through the modalities of Craniosacral, Yoga Therapy, Myofascial Release and Lymphatic Drainage, I connect with your body’s innate wisdom to facilitate your own healing and wholeness.
My story…
Kim was drawn to study Craniosacral Therapy (CST) after witnessing its effectiveness in clearing her son’s chronic ear infections, and in experiencing CST’s healing impact on her hip dysplasia, scoliosis and autoimmune symptoms. Kim’s holistic way of living aligned with CST’s light touch approach and how it works with the body’s innate wisdom for self -correction.
Kim studied CST with the Upledger Institute, beginning in 2016, working with adults, teens and animals. She recently certified at the Upledger CST- Techniques level. Kim’s joy in helping others naturally expanded to infants and young children. Kim completed her CST infant beginner and advanced clinical training at the Carol Gray Center for CST Studies and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, Gillespie Approach.
Kim’s initial holistic well-being work was yoga. Kim is a Member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) & Yoga Alliance since 2003. She offered clinical private yoga sessions for those suffering from breast cancer, scoliosis, osteoporosis, traumatic brain injury, musculoskeletal issues, autoimmune conditions, trauma, anxiety, and surgery recovery.
Kim is an avid volunteer - providing yoga therapy and craniosacral treatment for babies, children, teens, adults, horses, dogs, cats, & birds for many years, all around the world. Her professional and volunteer work includes children and adults with sexual abuse, PTSD, and various other emotional and physical traumas.
Kim’s first career was as a CPA and Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She was known for thoroughness, pragmatism and forging strong relationships. Kim brings these qualities to her holistic healing work. Kim lives in Montclair. She enjoys hiking, audiobooks, and visiting her two adult children.
